KMF Indonesia will proudly celebrate its 8th anniversary in December 2025. Our journey over the past eight years has only been possible thanks to the invaluable support of our customers, partners, and stakeholders. On this special occasion, we extend our sincere appreciation to all who have contributed to our growth and success.
The origins of our company date back to 1968, when our founder, the late Eiichi Kojima, established Kojima Metal Form Industries Co., Ltd. as a manufacturer of steel formwork for precast concrete products. In 1992, the company was renamed KMF Co., Ltd., marking the beginning of a new chapter focused on creating greater value for our customers.
To enhance synergy across our operations and better serve the needs of our clients, we established a group company structure comprising of Oide Kogyosho Co., Ltd., PT. Kojima Metal Form Indonesia, PT. KMF Manufacturing Indonesia, and Sekiyakiko Co., Ltd.
As a group, we are committed to continuous innovation and the creation of new values. Guided by the legacy and traditions of our predecessors, we strive to grow further by delivering world-class technologies, exceptional services, and high-quality products—without being constrained by conventional boundaries.

PT. KMF Manufacturing Indonesia is a subsidiary of KMF Japan which is engaged in the design & manufacture of precast concrete molding steel formwork.
By using formwork steel technology, PT. KMF Manufacturing Indonesia synergizes to advance the industrialization of the construction industry and the fabrication of precast concrete construction materials.
The advantages of using formwork steel molding, as examples, being able to cut time more efficiently, use less formwork, guaranteed quality also friendly to the environment.

Company History
2018
PT. Kojima Metal Form Indonesia was established in Jakarta, located at the Gedung Baja in Mangga Dua Selatan, Central Jakarta. The company’s establishment was formalized by an official deed on September 18, 2018. At that time, Mr. Shigeki Hitomi was appointed as President Director. During this period, the company’s activities were limited to sales and design only.
2025
Restructuring was carried out at the management level involving a change in the President Director. Mr. Risky Christofel Wuwungan was appointed by the shareholders at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on July 23, 2023, to replace Mr. Shigeki Hitomi. Mr. Risky Christofel Wuwungan also holds the position of Head of the International Business Department at KMF, Co., Ltd.
2021
PT. KMF Manufacturing Indonesia was established in Bekasi and set up a factory in the Delta Silicon Industrial Estate, Bekasi. The company’s establishment was formalized by an official deed on December 22, 2021. Mr. Shigeki Hitomi was appointed as President Director at that time. With the establishment of this entity, the company gained the capability to conduct independent production.
